Live Camera-Sharing (KD Lens)
KD Lens lets a customer share their device camera with a Khan Design technician during a live support call, with the customer's explicit, one-time permission for that call only. Video and audio are streamed directly between the customer's and technician's browsers and are encrypted in transit end-to-end. When a direct connection isn't possible (for example, due to a restrictive network firewall), the encrypted stream is relayed through Cloudflare's network purely to establish the connection — Cloudflare cannot view or decrypt the video or audio content passing through it.
We do not store or record KD Lens video on our servers. A technician may save still snapshots or record part of a call for reference during that support session; when this happens, the customer is shown an on-screen indicator for as long as it's active. Camera access ends automatically when the call ends.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to access or store information. Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy.

The Site may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services, or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to these third parties.
